CapKidz will be held at Capricon 41 via Zoom. We have workshops, games, discussion groups and a concert planned. On Friday night, we will gather to share what’s been going on with us over the last year and then try to break out of a virtual escape room.

Saturday we start the day with Minecraft open play time on a server created just for CapKidz. That afternoon, we have a workshop to make a tiara led by artist Sara Felix. Our musical guest of honor, Cacophonie will perform a kids concert as well! We will have our traditional Kookie Klatch Storytime and close out the day with Sara leading a Spin Art demonstration.

Sunday morning will be role playing time and then we will close out the day with a discussion about what CapKidz vision for the future is and how they think we can make it happen.

Please email kidsprogram@capricon.org to receive the Minecraft server info, to register for either of the workshops with Sara Felix and for the RPG game on Sunday. The deadline to register for the Kids Version of the Tiara workshop is January 26 so there is plenty of time to ship the supplies to those participating.

If you have a youth in your life you think will enjoy any of these activities, please join us at Capricon 41. We are excited to continue this tradition and look forward to seeing you all virtually via Zoom.
